  • I use to be a passive atheist, but with all the religious types going on the attack these days, I am starting to feel "backed into a corner'. I'm starting to feel a little agressive vs the more vocal religious types. That's why I joined The Brights.

  • President Bush has renounced Islamic violence What the heck is the value of that? When Bush renounces violence against countries that don't attack the US, then you've got something. When he renounces violence (torture) against innocent prisoners, then you've got something.

  • It's scary that judges can't understand what "separation of church and state" means. They hold other peoples lives in their hands and they're as smart as a brick (and they have imaginary friends with magical powers floating in the sky too).
